Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Octopane, operated by Techmood. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Octopane lets you connect Microsoft 365 / Entra ID client tenants and manage users, MFA, licenses, Conditional Access and security posture from one console. Features available depend on your plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your team members’ access, and keeping credentials secure. MFA is required for technician accounts.
3. Connecting client tenants
You may only connect tenants you are authorized to administer. Connection is performed via a Microsoft admin-consent link approved by a Global Administrator of that tenant. You are responsible for having the necessary authority and, where required, your client’s agreement. Access can be revoked at any time from the client’s Entra portal.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, and no access to tenants without authorization.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service’s security.
- Write actions (password resets, session revokes, MFA enforcement, etc.) are your responsibility and are recorded in the audit log.
5. Plans, trials & billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe, monthly or annually. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial; a payment method is required and nothing is charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from billing settings; your subscription then stops at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octopanedisclaims implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, connected tenants are disconnected and synced data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, unless otherwise agreed in a signed order form. [Jurisdiction to be confirmed with counsel.]
